There's a serious danger of imitating someone. You're unique. Seek not to copy from someone carelessly.
Do your things and have God to be your guide.

Your mindset matters and the type of circles or association you keep.

The Bible says, "As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens another"

Once you live amongst people with bad or weak mindset, with time, you'll start thinking and acting like them.

To this end, be cautious of your circles. Make friends with people that can bring out the best in you and not people that will hamper your potentials.
