3. Green card: This is a document that contains the summary of your NYSc online registration, it will be printed also from your dashboard, within 24hours after registration. It's also a major requirement for camp registration
4. Medical fitness: it's also referred to as medical fitness certificate. It's a medical document that shows how fit or unfit a pcm is, it's also a compulsory document required for camp registration, it should be noted that the validity of a medical fitness is 3months. No Scan signature, no printed signature ... It should be from a government or military hospital, medical fitness from private hospital are not accepted.
