  • Lil Wayne on Birdman and Diddy: "If Diddy goes down, you'll go down too"

Lil Wayne recently made a bold statement, throwing weight on Birdman amid the growing controversy surrounding Diddy. He opened up about his time with Birdman, reflecting on the challenges he faced while being part of Young Money Cash Money Billionaires (YMCMB).

"Damn, y'all sang me as a lollipop while I got played in the room with Baby," Wayne remarked, implying that the situation went beyond just business. "I wasn’t just played; he took my fame, my vibes, and even my destiny for a whole decade while y’all thought the Carter was a beast."

Wayne hinted that he wasn't the only one affected. "So many artists left YMCMB years ago because they got tired of getting played," he revealed, calling out notable names like Nicki Minaj, who had reached queen status but grew tired of the melodrama, and Euro, who left behind a promising hip-hop career because he couldn’t deal with the situation.

With the current legal heat on Diddy, Wayne believes Birdman’s turn may come soon. "I know Baby sees everything happening with Diddy, and he's starting to realize that no one is above the law. If Diddy goes down, y’all gonna go down too. I got more to say about why I left YMCMB, but that’s for another time."

This statement signals deeper issues within the industry and suggests that Wayne is ready to speak out about the past as the pressure mounts on Diddy and potentially others.

  • Normally Wizkid's Composure Needs To Be Studied In Harvard

“I so much respect Wizkid for his composure. He has always carried himself the right way. 13 years ago I was UP THERE in the music industry and he was not as popular as he is now but when we collaborated on a song, he was so chilled, no pressure. Even in the studio, he didn’t bother taking pictures or videos with me like every other artiste would. He acted like I wasn’t there. Man was just focused on getting his lines and vocals right...” ~ Nicki Minaj talks about Wizkid’s composure as she previews a song they recorded 13 years ago during her instagram live

  • BREAKING ENTERTAINMENT STORY

Nicki Minaj:- "It has been 8-years now since I recorded a song with Wizkid but he keeps making re-write my verse and record it every year and he's still telling me it ain't good enough. That guy has got composure."

"The first day I met Wizkid like 8 years ago, he pretendęd like he didn't even know me like I knew Wizkid and I was excited to meet him but he wasn't even moved when he saw me. So I walked up to him, took his phone number, gave mine and asked him to text me when he later. I waited for about 4-days but I didn't see any message from Wizkid so I texted him and I was like "Yoo, why haven't you texted me?" And he replied by saying: "I've been very bũsy these days." And I was like WTF! No man has ever îgnored me like he did. So I asked him to come over to my studio so we could record but he told me to come over to his own studio instead. Amazed at such a proũd fine gentleman, I went to his studio and waited for like 30-minutes before he came in. When he came in, he wasn't even happy to see me like most artistes would normally do when they see me but he was just like I'm cool let's work. We recorded the song and when I asked Wizkid when we were gonna release it, he told me that he wasn't sure yet. So after I lęft he called me 2-weeks later and told me that my verse wasn't good enough so I sent him another verse and he still said the same thing. The shît repeated itself over and over and it has been 8-years now and I'm still sending my verse to Wizkid but he keeps rejectîng it. From an artiste perspective, I understand that he doesn't ever wanna release a song if he doesn't fęel it but he should atleast consider me cuz it's been 8-years now. I've already tried my utmost best but he's still not impressed." Nicki Minaj
