Dear Lord, thank you for waking me up again. Today I pray for peace and calmness as I navigate through the day. I pray that you’ll remove any stress or tension from my body. Help me to relax, let go and to surrender everything to you. Restore & heal me from all pain physically, emotionally or mentally that l've been dealing with. Continue to work on me Lord and help me to become a more calm & peaceful woman. Amen
