Verse 8 makes us to understand that after you have fasted the glory of the lord will Fall on you and your health shall spring forth speedily and it is only through fasting that your righteousness will go before you.

Verse 9 makes us to understand that when you fast and pray God must answer you definitely .

Verse 10 said because you have starv your soul to be hungry God will release his light on you forever .

Verse 11 said because you have fasted and pray he will guide and protect you at all times in life , and he will make your bones to be fat.

So fasting and prayers is a platform we use to gain command over the issues of life.

Fasting and prayers brings directions to believers

HOW TO FAST EFFECTIVELY

(A) Clearly define your purpose , state your reasons of fasting

Then follow your purpose of fasting with relating scriptures from the bible .

(B) Avoid sin, you have to come to repenting and turning away from your sins.

I am easy going ,loves making friends and I respect myself alot

Get your health in check at all time most especially when you feel unusual on the inside.

Be yourself and stop wishing to be someone you're not.
Let your real identity surface rather than leaving under the shell of another. Because the real you will be totally lost and forgotten when you feel like you have finally arived

Do something wonderful people may imitate it
