I get into an argument with a man, I slap him, they tell me I have no respect,no home training. I should have been quite, I should have been patient. I should apologize to him. Because I am a woman,I don't have the right to be angry. So the degree of my innocence is directly proportional to the degree of my silence in the face of oppression and brutality.

When you text a woman and she’s giving you one word reply, just give it a quit immediately. The best way to respond to monosyllabic replies is to ignore the chat. Don’t text back, don’t ask any other question, don’t try to explain to her why she should make the conversation more interesting, just ignore.

The truth is, you’d only be delusional to think she doesn’t know what she’s doing, it’s intentional. She doesn’t rate you. And your swag will continue to drop when you apply more pressure.

Save yourself the stress of explaining, don’t disgrace yourself further, just quit.
