- "No woman can love you like your mother" is a true statement. But should any woman be trying to love you exactly like your mother? I guess not.
A mother's love is in a class of its own and can't be compared with anything or anyone. There is no comparison between your mother and your wife, girlfriend, friend or romantic interest that will make sense.
Your mother will shower you with maternal love, care, provision and attention. Your woman will shower you with romantic love, affection, and doggy when required and carry your kids, just like your mother carried you for your father.
Maternal love and romantic love cannot be compared, because both can peacefully coexist. You attach to your mother by birth and nurture, and you attach to your woman by sexual encounters and romantic memories, including argument periods when both of you face each other man to man.
Your wife will love you like no one else can, including your mother. Your mother loves me like no one else, including your wife. This is because both are different kinds of love, and both can coexist.
